Gateway to the stars
The Stellarium Gornegrat is used as a scientific research centre by the Universities of Bern and Geneva. Schools can remotely access the extraordinary images received by the DeepSky 60cm telescope and guests can arrange special access with prior notice.
Dining with the Stars
Almost no light pollution and a wonderful panoramic view of the Matterhorn and 28 other four-thousand-metre peaks offer the
perfect conditions for stargazing. Enjoy a meat fondue accompanied by a lecture in astronomy. Afterwards you can visit the observatory with its telescope.Book Now
Stargazing for Groups
As a research station high up in the Alps, the Stellarium Gornergrat is not generally open to the public, but groups of 10 people or more are welcome to book a private guided tour with one of our scientists.Make Enquiry
